EP series: Rotary lobe pump for extreme conditions at high pressures
Designed for the most demanding industrial applications, the EP series delivers sustained pressures of up to 18 bar. It has a one-piece housing that can also pump demanding media up to a temperature of 200°C with a high level of efficiency.
The helical high-performance gearbox ensures smooth running and reduced noise emissions. Vogelsang has also equipped the EP series with an AirGap for high operational reliability. It separates the gear and pump chamber from each other in terms of atmosphere, so that even in the event of a leak, no liquid flows into the gear.
VY series: Versatile and powerful
The VY series was created through consistent further development of the proven VX pump. It has a flow-optimised, one-piece housing with improved efficiency. In combination with the expanded seal portfolio, the VY series meets industry-specific standards and can therefore be used flexibly in a wide variety of application areas, such as in the chemical, paper and textile industries.

In cooperation with well-known manufacturers, two new types of seals have been created that optimally equip both the EP series and the VY series for many demanding media and operation at high pressures and hot media.
