Vogelsang Ireland hereinafter referred to as Vogelsang, is giving away the prize on the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/vogelsangirelandlimited). By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for the content.

1. What can you win?
By participating, you have the opportunity to win one of 2 Apple AirPods headphone systems. In addition, each participant in the campaign will be sent a Vogelsang poster and a Vogelsang hat, provided all the data has been submitted correctly.

2. How to win?
Participation in the competition takes place at the URL: https://www.facebook.com/vogelsangirelandlimited. The prize will be raffled among all participants. Participation is completed by fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the entry. Postal deliveries will not be taken into account in the draw.

3. Permission to Publish Submitted Images
In order to take part in the slurry season kick-off competition, photos should be sent to Vogelsang via the online form. These photos are then published on Vogelsang's Facebook profiles and used in future postings. The sender of the selected photos agrees that their photos can be posted and used free of charge on the Vogelsang profiles. The sender also assures that he owns all necessary rights to the images.

4. Over what period does the competition take place?
The promotion starts on 17/02/22 and ends on 13/03/22, the winners of the main prizes will be announced on March 16th.

5. Who can participate?
Participation is free and open to any natural person over the age of 18. Participation requires truthful entry of the data relevant to participation. Sweepstakes associations and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Please only participate once. Multiple registrations do not increase the chance of winning as they are filtered and blocked from the draw.

6. Who will be excluded from participation?
Vogelsang is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, e.g. Violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Vogelsang and the companies involved, as well as their families, are not allowed to take part in this competition. The legal process is excluded.

7. How are the winners determined?
Vogelsang will select the winner from among all participants in an independent lottery process.

8. How do I know if I've won?
The winner will be notified of the prize via private message or email. When participating, the winner transmits his address to Vogelsang using the contact form provided.

9. How do I receive my prize?
By participating, the winner will be asked to provide Vogelsang with the contact details needed to send or hand over the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.

10. What happens if I don’t follow-up after being notified of a win?
If a winner does not contact Vogelsang within 7 days of being notified of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Vogelsang with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.

11. Reservation Clause
Vogelsang reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Vogelsang only makes use of this option if due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed cancelling is not liable for any loss, failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced by prizes of equal value.

12. Privacy Policy
Your safety and satisfaction are important to us. Vogelsang saves and uses the collected data exclusively for conducting the competition. After the competition has ended, all contact information will be deleted. However, submitted photos will still be published on Vogelsang's Facebook profiles and used in future postings.

13. Miscellaneous
Cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Entitlement to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person. The legal process is excluded. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected. It is replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. Vogelsang reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.

This competition is organised by Vogelsang Ireland (organiser). It is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. Information is transmitted to Vogelsang, not to Facebook.
