New concept for cost-efficient separation
The new, low-maintenance and service-friendly XSplit separator, whose design and maintenance differ significantly from conventional separators on the market, enables a dry matter content of up to 40 percent when processing digestate or slurry. Users also benefit from the easy-to-adjust dewatering and reliable plug formation during start-up, without the addition of auxiliary agents. In addition, the XSplit requires no extra shaft sealing and impresses with a top cost-benefit ratio.
VarioAdjust - Maximum control and wear resistance
The innovative VarioAdjust hydraulic closure unit offers full control over the solids discharge and the DS content or throughput capacity. The centerpiece of the system is a wear-resistant closure cone that precisely builds the solids plug and controls its size. The setting is easily made by means of a hydraulic pump. Thanks to VarioAdjust, it is possible to react to changing requirements and media without tools during operation away from the separator. You benefit from consistently optimal separation.
